Pass Christian native Kirk Kimball operates his New Orleans-style eatery called Bourbon.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. until last one out. Saturdays: 3pm to 9pm.
Sundays
Kimball also serves Sunday brunch, with beignets and mimosas from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
And heavier meals from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., And dinner -- served 4 p.m. ‘til 8 p.m.
Special Menu Selections
Lunches at the newly redesigned Bourbon range from $8.25 to $13.50 and feature salads, such as the shrimp-salad-stuffed tomato and “Streetcar Chicken Salad,” and sandwiches, such as the Decatur Street burger and the Conti Street crab sandwich.
Chef Kirk maintains his traditional seafood favorites, such as shrimp scampi, trout pecan, crawfish alfredo and Seafood Platters.
