Chef Kirk
is not only behind the scenes, but up front to tell you about his jubilant recipes.
True to the early French settlers, Chef Kirk performs miracles in selecting nothing but the best, nothing but the fresh, and nothing but the most crisp --- by rendering up sauces, soups, platters, desserts that stem the weary and the well endowed as they savor the forbidden path to paradise.
